Our Founders
Blue Burro was formed in 2010 by an attorney and a procurement consultant who both recognized there had to be a better way to draft, analyze, score, and assemble complex, frequently used documents. Today, Chris Martoglio runs Blue Burro day-to-day. He brings decades of management consulting and technology experience. A former principal with AT Kearney, he has worked around the globe and across numerous industries and governments. He focuses on improving the procurement, contracting, and legal processes of clients.
